Composed of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, this Joyau 2012 embodies the perfect harmony of the great Champagne terroirs in a great vintage all in intensity and precision.
It is ideal to accompany a refined dish, such as a grilled bar, a Bresse chicken with chanterelles or a black suckling pig from Bigorre braised.
