Champagne Boizel - Joyau de France 2008

Joyau de France 2008

Champagne Boizel is proud to present the new vintage of its Joyau de France 2008. This Champagne is the latest in the Joyau de France collection, a prestige cuvée created by René Boizel and has remained an icon of the House since 1961.

This wine, made from grapes from Grands Crus and Premiers Crus only, embodies the quintessence of Boizel’s know-how through its elegance, its balance and its aromatic complexity.

With very little dosage, it has been aged for a long time in cellars in order to reveal the full potential of this great year. These winemaking features provide Joyau de France 2008 with an elegant and wide aromatic palette. Its intense and complex profile gives this wine all the finesse and length necessary to seduce lovers of great Champagnes.

Tasting notes

The colour is sparkling gold with fine persistent bubbles. The nose reveals a wide range of elegant and gourmet aromas. On the palate, the wine is complex, with a beautiful intensity, supported by a silky, refined texture. The richness of the aromas is combined with finesse, fullness with freshness in a sparkling finish.
